At Dunkertons Cider, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organic cider purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Email our team at shop@dunkertonscider.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of any damaged or incorrect bottles.

  Verification and Approval

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm the issue and provide you with a return authorization code if necessary.

  Secure Repackaging

  Carefully place the items back into their original protective cardboard packaging to ensure they are safe for transit back to our cidery.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive the returned goods or verify the damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
